Yesterday was a really horrible day...

Damn.... I cant believe i just wrote nonsense for my journal... I’m totally going to fail.

Well, let’s just hope that today will be a better day.

3d animation class was no better. Throughout the whole lesson, all we did was modelling for a vase. Hmm... I guess that was to be expected from the first lesson. I’m off to check the journal results now... hope i pass....

Woke up today... everything felt normal. Except that my throat felt dry.. so i drank water.... untill now IT STILL HURTS!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like i can't go karaoke today Sigh..........

The last airbender movie review

I feel tired... like I'm going to fall sick. Well... anyway....

Yesterday, I went out to watch The Last Airbender... yes, the one based on the cartoon, Avatar the legend of Aang.

First off... I'd like to point out that the movie was somewhat not what i expected... but this is coming from a person who re-watched avatar the legend of aang 2 times... There were nice scenes though.

The main downsides, for me, to the movie was Sokka and the plot were a bit different than the animation. In the movie, Sokka was portrayed as a stern, protective and very serious person... Okay.. he is actually serious in the animation, but in the movie he was too serious... he did not even tell one joke. (I think, might have missed it considering it would have been only 1 or 2.)

For the plot I can understand that its hard to squeeze 20 episodes into one movie, selecting only the parts that contribute to the movie plot. However, doing so obviously left out major parts such as compressing all earth kingdom stories into one, and even leaving out some, such as Aang meeting Bumi. Another major part that was heavily altered was at the final part of the movie, which is Aang stay at the northern water kingdom.

1) Aang did not see the face changing spirit when he meditated in the chamber with the moon and water spirits.

2) As a result, Aang hardly benefited from the spirit walk at all.

3) Zuko did not hide in a cave after capturing Aang. He ended up hiding in store instead.

4)Aang did not escape from being captured on his own but instead Katara froze Zuko.

5)Aang did not fuse with the ocean spirit as it is highly hinted that he did not know about the death of the moon spirit.

There are other alterations as well.
Mainly:
Aang's name is being pronounced as Ang...
The whole concept of firebending was altered from the animated version. Fire benders now bend fire like how the other n=benders do it. By moving and manipulating it from a source. Although.... Zuko is shown to melt ice, this might be through the use of body heat though.
Iroh does show firebending the animation way as fire comes out from his fists when he firebends.
Although not stated, I suspect he is able to do it that way as ....Learning from the dragons
At the end of the movie, the firelord mentions that sozen's comet would grant them ability to generate fire from themselves... making no mention of whether it would actually make them stronger.

The group's encounter with jet was also left out which would pose problem for the upcoming sequels i guess.. Or they could just leave him out all together.

For everything else, it was very accurate. Even the starting animation, where they show silhouettes of the four bending skills, was carried over. I have to say though.. i really like the main cast.. their voices were nearly identical to the animation voices and their actions were good too...

Another good point would be the animated characters Appa and Momo... yes they are still animated... very well done infact. My friend even comented that he came with the mindset of seeing appa. lol

Overall, i would give this movie a 7/10. Reason? Despite my large chunk of bad comments, i enjoyed the movie overall and i suggest all avatar the legend of aang fans to watch the movie.. but don't get your hopes up too high.

Poly life

Wow.... i almost forgot about this. Hey all! Long time no see!! Life has been great. Poly is surely stressful, with lots of assignments and deadlines to meet. But well... who cares... to me its still fun and games...

When i left secondary school, i thought i t would be over. Now it seems like i'm back on track. New friends, new troubles. But, that does not mean i disregard you, aibo. hehe

A lot of thing have happened during the time i came to poly. I made a close friend but she left... and i made another... which again left... sounds depressing right? Well, life is like that, you don't always get what you want.

No, they are still in the country. If i was like everyone else, i could just chat with them online or by phone. But, i'm not like everyone... when i don't see a person for sometime.. i will not contact them. It is this trait of mine that irritates me. Ahh... sometimes i wish i can just change.

Without a doubt, i am still in love with Japanese culture. Which includes Anime and Manga. Currently in Temasek Poly JCG.

Despite what i say... I just can't accept not having a ipod touch or a iphone..... Oh why can't you just drop into my hands... Well... no use feeling down. Gotta cheer up. Watching "Last airbender" tmr Yeah! Can't wait.

Currently listening to Girls dead monster songs.
Extra: Why did they remove love is war from project diva 2nd... why!!! I need a new music player for this blog... I can't really control the volume for this one. Takes note, its very loud.

Forest walk Hortpark

Hey there! Only 2 more days to go! Can't wait!! Well, 1 more actually.
(Gosh! look at the time, lol)

Saturday was a pretty fun day for me, walked a forest walk at vivocity hortpark with Boon kim and Irwan. Originally we wanted to walk to mount Faber but ended up straying from our destination.

However, i still had lots of fun. One thing that caught my attention was people feeding the monkeys, don't you think that it is wrong? Feeding them could harm them... The monkeys were being fed fruit but i have no idea where the fruit came from. (It obviously contained chemicals though)

After walking a looooong way, i checked my watch and had discovered that we had walked for 3 hours non-stop! And i was not even tired. How weird, i am usually tired after walking for an hour.... After that, the 3 of us had KFC and went back home.

During the walk, i took a few shots with my camera... a few, 5 actually. haha

It's obviously late now so going to sleep..zzzzz

Realisation

Yesterday i went with Irwan, Samuel, Boon kim and Shaun to watch a movie, titled Daybreakers.

It was also the day i came to realise something.... I actually cannot stand watching horror or shocking stuff in a theatre.

In the beginning, I still felt okay and roughly enjoyed Daybreakers. But, after 5~10 minutes into the movie, every part of my body was telling me to leave. Finally unable to watch it any longer, I left the theatre....

After that, i could not recall the fear that i had experienced before. Sigh.... there goes my S$8.50. S$6.50 for the tickets and S$2 for popcorn and drinks. ( the 4 of us shared money)

Well, i guess this will be a lesson learnt.

Closing off, i would like to apologise to samuel, boon kim and shaun for bailing out on them.
Really sorry guys.
And, I would like to thank Irwan for leaving the theatre with me. thank you, you are truly my best pal. Even if you left for any other reasons, thanks pal.

Zoo trip!

Zoo! Its been ages since i last went. Well, anyway, the Zoo changed a lot since i last saw it( about 6 years ago i think, haha).

For the most part, i don't really remember what i saw previously so it was a new experience for me, that includes the walk, very tiring. Overall, the Zoo was awesome! I took a couple of pictures too, some of which i forgot what animal they were. Of course i did not go alone. Alan, Winston, Shaun, Zhi jun, boon kim, De yuan, Mei fong, Wei ling and Zhi hui.

And, for some strange reason, most of the time the animals would turn away when i am trying to take a picture of them...

Moving on, i still managed to take several good shots. after a while, the girls wanted to eat so we went to the nearby KFC. Over there although i did not buy, shaun and the rest said the food was very expensive. I thought to myself, ...so its not standardized? having no money on me, i just took a few fries from Boon Kim, while Winston was messing with my camera... After that, we walked around some more and i took more pictures.

Throughout the "journey", we went to see 3 free shows. 1st was a show about a jungle. The overall story tells about a businessman trying to deforest a forest to build a shopping mall. There were many interesting animals shown, such as..... darn can't remember. I think there were chimpanzees, rabbits, ducks etc... oh and a snake too. As for the actors, they were able bodied men doing a dance, very much like those you see on movies with wild tribes. There was even a Caucasian guy who volunteered. He had to take off his shirt! And when he did that, everyone was like "yeah!!" and "whoo!!", totally hilarious.

The 2nd was called splash zone I think. Pretty amazing stuff, there were penguins, pelicans( who weren't part of the program...) and a sea lion.

3rd was a live polar bear feeding show, which we could not see anything as we had a bad seat...

After the "journey", which lasted from around 1.30pm to 6pm, we decided to have dinner. Winston had to leave us due to family issues.(I think his mother got sent to the hospital). The girls suggested that we watched a movie. We were all fine with it but knew that the earliest would be around 9pm. But, we went anyway, tried out our luck. Boon Kim parted with us at Somerset. Mei fong too i guess, or was it earlier? While going there, i noticed some thin very weird. During the Zoo walk Wei ling and Zhi hui were totally exhausted of energy but while going to the movies, they were SO full of it, that it made it look like we did not even walk for 5 hours.

As expected, we were unable to get tickets for anything before 9.15pm. We then parted with the two girls, had dinner and headed home. It was during the journey back that something funny happened. Because we were at Cathay and did not know a direct bus back, we had to guess. After some time, bus number 36 was decided. The bus would stop at st pat secondary school and we could head back. But obviously, things did not go well when we missed our stop and went all the way to the airport. During the trip, Alan and I already suspected that it was weird for the bus to go up an expressway to reach our destination.... oh well, it could not be helped.

With almost all my energy drained, i got home around 10 and began updating my blog... this.

Oh yeah, i actually saw a person wearing the female school uniform from Shakugan no Shana anime. I thought to myself.... cosplay? In Singapore Zoo? no way... Well it could be just me...

Poly open house

Ahhhhhhh!!!! O-level results next week!!!!

Alright... Today i went with Irwan, Boon Kim, Samuel and his brother Isaac to Singapore poly and Nee ann poly for the open house. And i most probably would not be going for the other days, too tired.( Too much Weiss schwarz... whats wrong with me...sigh)

Anyway, both places were amazing! First of all, most of the explanations are done by first year students. Overall, the courses were pretty interesting. We went to learn about Maritime and some stuff about 3D and solar power in Singapore poly. There were those solar powered motorcycles over there, the design looks surprisingly good. A surprising thing we saw, or i noticed first at least, is the appearance of cosplayers! At both poly! Well, i did not take a pic of them. There was a cosplay group of Hatsune miku, chrome dokuro, lenalee lee and can't remember the last one... Anyway, the Hatsune Miku cosplayer looked like Brenda Khong, could be just me though. I tried out Archery too, very good feeling.... I actually hit the same spot twice! lol

Next we had Macs( cheaper than outside macs), well i had macs, and we headed to Nee ann. Naturally, we had to take a bus there, cramped packed. Initially, i did not know when to get off, but it was pretty obvious when many people started to alight. Like Singapore poly, Nee ann was very full. We first headed to the Film, media and sound section. It was quite cool, we learnt about advertising, mass comm and a little bit about filming.(Way too bad Sam..) After that, we took the tour bus and headed to the infocomm section. There wasn't really much to do though. But, it some how was really interesting as we got to see the artworks and projects of the students. We also saw their sketches and rough drawings. After walking a bit, we decided to take a picture for keeps sake. The result was pretty funny. You'll know when you see it. It should be on my facebook within two days.

That was roughly it. I decided to check out the convention centre.(SOY is going to be held there, i think) The place was good, big and had nice floors. Hehe, i can't wait... Right after, I wanted to see if there is a both that was related to cosplay... sadly i could not find it and time was running out too.With the little time left, we decided to try out the archery at Nee ann. It was getting late, so we left. I bought a 9 slot card Album with Irwan and went home.

Today i went with Alan, Winston, Zhi Jun and Shaun to samuel's house. We watched SAW 5. Man! The show was damn gore, but not as gore as SAW 4. After that, we played a little Table tennis. Ahh... a good workout fells good.

Watched Cloudy with a chance of meatballs after the sport. Lol,comedy movie right after a scary one.

And thats about it, nothing really interesting happened today...

Arh.. If only something unusual will happen.

Very soon it will be 2010. Yes, the new year. This year has been special to me, took my O-levels, had the courage to ask cosplayers for a photo and strengthen my bond with my best friend.

Made new friends on facebook and started on my blog again.

Made a new friend by messaging wrongly... Means you Pat!

Now, its time to once again open my heart, welcome new challenges, cross new hurdles and have new connections.

Friends, i will forget some of you, but i thank you now, for all the time we spent together.

I am that kind of person, now that i have left school, i will forget most of my classmates...

Heres wishing you all a very happy new year!!

EOY 2009 Continued...

Where was i... right, the competition. The cosplay contestants were(character names, not people names) snake eyes( this cosplay was done by a Young kid, only around 9-13 years old i think), kamen rider decade, Haruhi, Lu Bu, Su( from Clover, clamp manga), Alex Mercer, Lenalee Lee, Kurosaki Ichigo, Rude( FFVIII, not saying that you are rude...) and Yu Kanda.

First, i would like to point out about the Haruhi cosplayer. Her voice, tone, looks... SO cute. Damn.. am i becoming a pedo?... noooo. Wait, Road, Echo... Darn, Donovan!! Don't become a Pedo!!

Moving on, the contestants were to be voted based on sms. Alright... for 3rd place we have....
Lu Bu!!

2nd is.... Haruhi!!

And finally 1st is...*drum roll* Rude from FFVIII!! For me, 1st place was really shocking, i mean who would have guessed that the simple sunglasses and suit won 1st place. Well, i guess he was more into character than the others.

After the solo competition, there was the group contest.
The first performance was by The Idolm@aster group dressed in Christmas attire. Their dance was okay, but i was expecting more.

The second was "The genesis of The War of Genesis".... i know, its long. Its apparently some Korean Game and the members were also Korean, or so i heard. Their act was pretty funny and i laughed a lot. The supposed Main character was dancing like... you know, not guy.. Lols it was so funny!

Third in line was the YuRipa Fume group. their group was the smallest, having only 3 members.
Apparently, they are cosplaying characters from FFXI. overall the dance was entertaining and i could see their effort in their dance.

Last but not least is the Baka Ninja group, cosplayers cosplaying characters from the guilty gear game. Man! The group was huge! about 30 people i think. A funny thing happened, the bgm got cut of at the start so they had to re take! lol anyways, the overall performance was kinda messy and i could not quite get it... or it could be just that i do not play that much guilty gear.

The results are as follows. As i suspected, Idolm@ster group got forth place, with YuRipa Fume third, Baka ninja Second and The genesis of The war of genesis being first.

After that, Irwan and I decided to move out and take some pics. However, things did not turn out right and i only took one pic... We then met up with Daryl and rushed back into the concert hall. It was because of this that i missed that Road with the pen and book...sob..
And it only got worse, we could not find seats on the first and second level so we had to sit on the third level. The down side was that half of our vision was covered by balloons.. Balloons!! WTH Why would they even put a net of balloons when it obviously blocks the vision of people sitting on the third floor .

Nonetheless, we still got to see Yui Makino's free concert. It was fairly good... Next, Irwan wanted to buy something from the shops.( So did i though) As we walked around, Kristy( A booth owner) came up to us. After listening to her, i bought most of her items..... well it was cheap.

Oh ya, i managed to buy a Lenalee poster, thought that i had missed it. I bought a Allen walker poster before at downtown east, and it felt empty.... so now, you have got a companion Allen. haha

After the tiring day, Irwan and I headed home, but not before stopping to take some last minute pictures (well, only i took..). I managed to take 3 pics. Sadly, the last one came out terrible.

It was a Hatsune Miku cosplayer. When i approached her, her friends backed a away to allow me to take her pic. Man, i felt dumb, they were a group why did i only ask her?? As a result, i think she felt frustrated and a little angry, so no pose..

Whew... * wipes sweat off forehead* finally done. Boy was that long..

EOY today!!

Sup y'all! Went to the EOY today. I tried to take good pictures but ended up taking many horrible ones... lack of sleep maybe? Well, nonetheless i took a few good pictures and the cosplayers were not half bad either. There was one "Road( from D.gray-man)" who held a black book( Deathnote maybe?) and a feather pen. She was walking around with the feathered part of the pen near her mouth and with a clueless expression. You know, the ones with "I'm lost" writen all over, Damn cute!! But, too bad... i lost my guts to take it..darn...

It just gets worse, i was soo down that i wasted 2 hours.. 2 hours!! And missed the morning band performances... well whats done cannot be undone. I still managed to catch the cosplay competions.

For the solo category, there were 10 contestants.

I'm very tired now so the rest will be posted tommorrow... By tommorrow, the pictures will be on my facebook. (Remember search donovan sim, with a tsukasa .hack sign)

Merry Christmas!!

To start off, today was a great day. Woke up around 6.30am to meet with Waiyin to go to the christmas musical by cityharvest church at the expo but ended up meeting Wei ling and her friend instead. Soon, more people started gathering and we went to que up for the entry to the expo.( Its free of charge of course)

For the most, i felt quite weird, did not want to socialize... ahh i guess i am just not good at making friends. Overall, the drama was really cool, we sang songs and watched a heart warming performance. I went fown to recieve blessing and pray to God again. Each time i go down i get the urge to join the church but the next moment, the feeling fades away. I wonder why...
Throughout the event i shoke hands with almost every person around me 2 times!! lol.

Well, thats all for today... got to sleep to get up early for the EOY tmr! Cosplay!! woot! haha
Can't wait.

AFA09!!

Sup y'all! Long time no see. Something really weird happened a few days ago.. i ACCIDENTALLY msg an anime fan! Well.. here is what i did... With the AFA09 coming up i contacted my frens to inform then. That was when i had realised that i copied Jed's number wrongly.. and msg a stranger instead. The thing was that the stranger is also an anime fan so i was not sure whether i had sent to the wrong person or not. It was only after i checked with Irwan then i realised. Haha

Now.. to the main event... AFA09!! I'll be giving y'all the AFA in chronological order.

day 1:
Woke up met Irwan at bedok inter, had lunch(sort of), met Jed and left for suntec convention hall. When we arrived, i was shocked at the line. It stretched more than two times halfway around the level! After queueing up, which took only 15 minutes, my heart skipped a beat. The cost... unbelievable. 20 bucks for two day tickets! WTH!? compared to last year's $8 this is daylight robbery! After that horrible incident we went inside. Inside, it was roughly the same as last year, felt bigger though. I entered the battle spirits tournament, did not win though. As we walked around, we saw a couple of interesting things. Such as custom made gundams, weiss schwarz, Chaos tcg and anime printed shirts. There were also anime related goods. You could even hang a life size anime girl pic!! Well, of course i did not buy... After a while we wanted to go to the concert but the place was full, cannot even see the screen...

day 2:
Overslept because tried to post pics on blog. Met Irwan, had lunch..etc, same as usual. Before we arrived, we followed Jed to leisure park. He wanted to collect his persona 4 mug and some other stuff. I was pretty shocked when i went to leisure park, i had no idea there was an anime store there! lol I must have been living under a rock.

So, after that we headed off to suntec. Practically the same as the 1st day. except i bought a weiss schwarz trial deck. Irwan bought Persona 3, Jed bought Persona 4 and i bought Disgaea. Now that i think about it, i should have bought Idolmaster instead...

Overall AFA09 was okay, took some pics here and there. Wish i had more money though...sigh... why so poor.

Coscon!! Part 1

Hey readers! sup! Man, the last two days were awesome! I finally got a chance to take some shots with my new camera. Anyways, on to today's summary:

Today was preety boring. Except for the Poly course talks.( Biomedical science is actually quite cool, but what really got me hyped up was the Media design games talk.) really wanted the day to end so i could update...

Okay, now to the fun part! Here is the gist of it:
Both days were great but i felt that Sat was not as amazing as sun.(Thats most probably because i am more of a anime fan than movie fan). Overall, the cosplayers were great, most had well designed and accurate costumes. There were many outstanding costumes too! Such as The ghost from PACMAN, Pikachu and even Strike freedom gundam! The competitions were intense too, especially during the finals of each day.

For sat, Bill from left4dead won 3rd place(He was actually tied with a character from hellsgate, but won anyway since the hellsgate character could do nothing but one pose), Halo master chief won 2nd place(man was the costume realistic!) and..... in first place..... we have.....*drumroll*.. PACMAN!!!( well its actually the ghost creature from the game, the costume was only a hodd... wonder how he won..)

On sunday, i was a bit reluctant to go, thinking that it would be the same as sat...but i decided to go anyway.I met Irwan around 1130, had breakfast and made our way there. When we arrived, we were shocked to see Daryl, Daniel and... some girl( no offense, but i cant remember names of people that i meet once in a while well). The five of us then went to the convention hall, with Daniel taking repeated shots of irwan and i. when we arrived, The two of us parted from their group. The rest was just walking around and ultimately sitting at the seat in front of the stage.( Joshus appeared soon after we entered) By them, it was getting pretty boring, not untill the contest started that is...

I will post ore about the event and the pictures tmr. kinda late now, need to bathe and sleep.

Last paper tmr

Talk about bad luck, my Internet died the day after my last post. ha ha Well, just got it fixed today. Haha, said that i'd stop posting but many interesting things happened.

OK, this is what happened on last Friday:
School was pretty boring, nothing really happened. When i reached home, i ate some left over corn porridge while surfing the net. All of a sudden, i received a message. The sender asked me whether i wanted to go out to study.I asked when,expecting it to be another day but i received a reply saying "Now". What the heck, now? I thought it was ridiculous but went anyway... After meeting up with them, we studied and chatted at macs, marine parade. But man was it crazy. Sam started talking about weird stuff all of a sudden and i felt pretty uncomfortable.

And the other interesting thing, the next day! lol, one after another:
Got invited by Shelby to study. Of course, with others as well... Damn, i missed the bus twice! Once because it left as i went to the bus stop and the second time when i forgot to bring my pencil box down( I know that was dumb of me, want to study but did not bring pencil box, haha).

As a result, i arrived late..... only to find out that only Chen shen and De yuan have arrived! Soon, Shelby arrived and she did a very shocking thing! Buy us food!!For freeee!!! Hey, i am not being sarcastic. Its just that no one actually bought me anything from macs for free before...
After around 30 min, Winston came. The guys chatted all the way and hardly studied.... Soon James came, about 1 hour later! And he said that he was jst a little while late... They talked more, and i continued to study.( Yeah! i'm good..)

Soon, Chen shen and De yuan had the strangest idea, to make their own sauce. At first they making an edible sauce using sauces from packets, but that soon changed when they moved to making an inedible sauce! Samuel was the last to come. We talked a little and i continued to study. Samuel said that i was amazing for being able to study in that situation..hehe i'm cool. remember the inedible sauce? that soon became an inedible drink!LOL:)

After some time, we played hangman.( Chen shen, your words were so easy to solve) Next we played truth or dare and parted after that.

Overall the day was quite exciting...

The next few days were exams one after another.. Ahh! I hope i'll do well!!

Next Monday is the A math and POA paper, must do my best!!

Signing off for today, going to watch "boys over flowers now"(recommendation by a friend, so normally i would not watch)

Oh ya, go read 1/2 prince manga, very funny.

Today i took my eng paper. Darn, i think i am going to fail( write nonsense for both papers...) and felt horrible this morning... Tmr is "A maths". My best and yet could be my worst... Well, i studied my best and will do my best! GO! GO! GO ME!

Hello peeps! Today was a cool day!:) Woke up early to meet bill.(Too early actually, 7.45 am guess my body still thinks there is school haha) Met Bill at macs to play nds. He then came to my house, we chattedsome and played some "Yugioh". Tried some new games i downloaded on his nds. But sadly enough only 1 out of 4 worked.lol

While having fun, i was still deciding whether i should go to study with James and his church buddies... In the end, after much persuasion from Bill, i ended up going.

Man, I felt damn uncomfortable! I could only focus only after there were abt less than 6 people left.( Btw the way, it was at macs) I finished physics hw and stayed with James to accompany him. I also talked Waiyin for the first time. Man, she was so easy to talk with. And smart too! lol She looks somewhat identical to Grace when she smiles.(:

Ahh... so busy got no time to update... Well, heres the lowdown

On wednesday we went to science centre for the forensic science. I was so darn excited UNTILL.. they said we could not use real dna, we had to use food dye. Well, it was still cool nontheless. In the lab, we had to put on lab coats.( Felt like i was a real scientist, lol!) Anyway, after that went home felt tired and slept.

On thurs, had math mosk exam, paper 1 was like soo easy and paper 2 was like hell! So much difference, i think i confirm will fail....

On friday, went to the bukit timah nature reserve.So freakin cool, even though we did not get to see any monkeys at first.... Our guide(can't rmb her name) told us abt the most of the species of plants in the rainforest, she sounded really sociable and often makes jokes to keep our attention. Chen Sheng and the guys kept trying to take pictures of spiders as if they were maniacs. When the guide ask what was so intersting, Chen Sheng said 'spider', we all laughed and she said that, 'well it is interesting...'(in a comical way)

She left our group at half the journey and we treked the remaining way up and back down. i walked slowly, enjoyed the view.(unlike some of the guys who rushed down..)

After that, we had to do some kind of worksheet pertaining to the trip.

Onsat, went out with Bill to the same usual places. I came 1 hour early(ha! early for once) and ate the KFC waffle brrakfast, and man was that filling!

Other than the usual places, we also went to Kovan and Clark Quay. All for the glim hope of finding anime related stuff. hmm.. can't rmb which but we went to Kinokuniya and found some manga titles that i thought only existed in japan(well... the sad thing was that they were all in japanese.. so we were both felt full of regret that we didi not take up japanese)There was also a manga that we thought was R-rated....(I obviously did not buy it..). We also went to comics connection, i bought a CCS calender while Bill bought a code geass poster. We decided to have dinner out and as a result i reached home at 10 plus.

Hi hi! Had quite a blast these two days.

yesterday we went to the upper pierce reservoir( at least that's what i think it is called; did not actually see the sign that said its name) and Chinatown and today we went to tanjong pagar for some Chinese tea stuff.

Yesterday:

We first went to the reservoir. The trip there was damn noisy! Its all because of those childish 513 students.The scenery at the reservoir as darn nice. We could hear the birds chirping and see the beautiful lake!

The trip to Chinatown was as you could say tiring...

The 513 kids made noise again! Darn i could not rest at all! They kept jumping and screaming as if there was no Tomorrow.....

I suppose Chinatown was okay... pretty boring didn't do much. We walked around abit and had lunch(so called...)

I guess Winston, Chen Sheng and de yuan were pretty bored...

Today( that's right, it hasn't ended..):

Place was sweet! Before we left the school, We watched HSM 3( well, only the students that take CLB or drop chinese already..). i bought milk and toast before we got onthe bus(ahh u gotta loove milk.)

We(same batch that watched HSM 3) had a bus just for us, seperated from other students.i dont know whether it was cool or sad..

At Tanjong Pagar, we split into groups. Haha, man was i lucky(or unlucky)! Iwas the only guy in my group. Man it was like a Harem! After settleing into the fact, we then learned how to make tea, how to pour them properly and other tea stuff. We also made an orange shaped? perfume pouch. They also taught us some history on chinese culture.Had to translate it, good thing i watch chinese dramas often. After that, i played DJMax the whole way back( arh still can rmb how numb my fingers felt.)

well i guess thats two exciting days. Cant wait for tmr going to science centere to learn abt forensic science.( rmbs the many anime and ahow about forensic science.)

I was too selfish. its what he has to do, not you...

Damn feeling a bit sick today...

anyway here was what happened yesterday:

I woke up early to meet up with Bill and Zaman at 10.30. I had breakfast at BK and we went to the library to study.We studied for abt an hour and went to vivo.At there, i finally got my EXIA!!Had to nets it cus of low cash but oh well... yeah!!

arhh very busy lately, hardly had anytime to update. :(

Anyways, summary of days up till today:

the day was like normal. Mr chew was like totally shocked when i handed in my yishun town homework.He later asked us to do a presentation on GM food by Wednesday...

The next day, mdm anisa gave back our A maths common test. i was SO shocked, i thought i had gotten 15/30 for it but that was actually the class test before the common test.( lol ha ha) After a few minutes, i discovered that Samuel had took my paper by accident( ha ha we had the same marks,26/30) We watched CARS(movie name, not what you think) in CME. idecided to stay back and watch instead of going to physics remedial... But in the end physics was cancelled because Mr whey did not come...(remind us to go for physics remedial in sch today but ownself never come...)

Today we had assembly in the hall which lasted untill 9.12am( kesson starts at 9.00), due to all the teachers talks.further more, they blamed us that most of us were late but in reality not a lot were late.After chemistry, i chatted with Bill and my frens. It was then that i had discovered that Bill had been sick for the past few days but still came to school because he was not sick enough to be absent.

The next two lessons, i had to go present some stuff.Well.. for POA, James presented instead of me. In the end, our group was not able to say much.In geog, Alan and i went up to present the GM food(Negative impacts).It was like freezing cold and i spoke a little soft.( sry if you guys could not hear me....)Mr chew dismissed us late(had to copy some stuff) so i rushed to eat lunch.
I did like 7 questions non-stop in POA. Went home after that.

Damn... tmr have english journal to do and i now just rmb....

Ahh... woke up super late today. Had tons of fun yesterday as usual( thats why i love Saturdays).

Yesterday, Ace, Zaman and I went to hang out. We met at around 10+am at bedok and set off to Cathay.I wanted to look for EXIA again after i missed buying it last Saturday.We went to a store called rapid culture(the gundam model kits were very cheap there, i dont know abt the other stuff though..).When we arrived, i realised that it was out of stock.Why!! after i finally saved up enough for it!We stayed in the store for a while more and I saw some Luckstar figurines.Man!the chibiness(haha, i made up a word) was killing me.but, i was very depressed so i did not buy them... We walked around abit more and had to see Zaman off( Again he has to leave early).

Ace and i headed to Vivocity next. When we arrived,we headed to toys r us and looked around.(well... i was looking for EXIA again..). When we arrived at the model kit section, i was ready to part with my money but EXIA was once again mia... Darn it! my streak of bad luck has arrived again! We chatted as we walked around and all of a sudden i had the urge to check my phone.Wow! i could not believe my eyes! it had been 3 hours since we arrived at vivo!

We left vivo and chatted some more at bedok inter(this was before we checked out). When we placed our EZ link cards at the mrt scanner, It read overstayed. WTH! we did not even know that existed. i thought for a moment and realised that it actually made sense.We hadto paid a 2 dollar fine... We then greeted each other of and went home.

End of common test

nothing much today. woke up early, planned to meet up with Ace again on sat. I chatted with my frens during the f&n paper( i take A maths). James was acting crazy again by taking pics of us and acting like a kid. He also showed a pic of me that he took in mother tounge to Shelby(>.< ahh so embarrassing!). During all this craziness we talked abt how to improve our class blog and Winston, Chen sheng and Alan wanted Shelby to join their volley ball team(but of course she denied). After that took physics paper and had to go homeperiod(which was actually science chem). Damn, teacher made us stay back to answer a question, which was easy except that she ask those who did not pay attention or were bad in chem(except me of course;) to explain a question. Even those who knew how to do it were put under so much pressure that they could not say anything!(or thats what i think..). After that i had to rush home as i had to open the door for my grandma as she was coming back( ahh...hell starts again). Got caught in rain as a result.

Disappointing

Woke up at 9 today, got to get ready for the big day. poster, here i come! before i left i play dj max portable 2 fallen angel lv 4.And guess what my score was? well, i'll post a pic of it. Anyway, my score was a bad omen, and it soon turned out to be true.

left my house at 11am and met with Zaman and Ace to go look for posters. Sadly enough, tampines mall did not have them... We tried orchard area but alas, no avail...

Feeling horrible enough, Ace said that we should see Zaman off since he needed to leave early. I was reluctant to do so at first but Ace told me that we must be a good Friend and see him off. While we were walking, the worst happened.It rained..We ran to Takashimaya(Zaman wanted to go to the M1 shop). But, we were held back by the traffic light! damn, we had to stand and wait in the rain.When we finally reached the shop, he took a ticket and waited 20 mins. 20!! well... i was really pissed at that moment! After we saw him off, Ace and I bought some snacks from old chang kee to munch on. We then headed to Vivocity to continue our search. While walking, Ace said that he wanted to buy a Gashapon so we went into toysrus to look. In there, i took a look at the gundam model kit section and saw the model that i wanted to buy. only to discover that it was six dollars more expensive than it was at orchard! In the end i did not buy anything and Ace(after spending about 15 mins) finally decided to buy a Pokemon capsule. And he got Darkrai limited edition!! Before leaving the mall, we stopped by BEST and saw the x-box 360(the ones that let people try) and played a game called Ninja Blade. Man it cool! Its like ninja gaiden plus reation commands!I chatted with him on the way back and we parted at Bedok inter.

forgot to set my alarm clock last night and woke up half an hour late as a result...

went to school sang national anthem, u noe, the usual thing.
After that we had math class, man did class went by fast!
all i did was do a worksheet and bam! class was over... then next up was mother tongue( btw i do not take mother tongue so i went with James and a few others to the library). i was too engrossed in doing my homework as a result i left the library late..
Then i took off my pants!!lol had shorts on the inside.
p.e! hooray! we played volley ball!! again.. We had a team game with my team consisting of me,Samuel,Winston and Chen Sheng.Did my miracle save and scored us a point! as a result we won 2 games and only loss 1 pity that though day passed on normally from that point, talked a bit with Ace abt meeting tmr to go buy posters. ooh.. so excited!! gonna buy my first anime poster(s) tmr !!!

wanted to go home after physics but still had to go for A maths at 2.30.. 2.30!!! when school ends at 12.30! darn!! SO bored...

after the lessons(finally...), i went home, surfed the Internet, watched anime, had dinner and by mistake, went to Shelby's blog(had her URL) and decided, " i should make a blog!!)
